  Hello everyone,
  
  We live on a small farm (sítio) in Serra Grande, Bahia—a beautiful area with plenty of festivities, beaches, and waterfalls. We are located 15 minutes away from the bus stop that provides access to the beaches and the town.
  
  Serra Grande is 6 km from our farm.
  
  We are looking for someone to help with a mix of tasks: about 50% household help (such as meal preparation and cleaning) and 50% help in the vegetable garden and nursery (such as preparing seedlings, maintaining garden beds, harvesting, and planting).
  
  Helping hours are from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (breakfast is at 6:15 AM), leaving your afternoons free for exploring or studying. We also offer access to our online courses (covering topics like regenerative agriculture, egg production, and tool maintenance).
  
  We are looking for individuals who are versatile and willing to take on whatever tasks are needed, and who have at least basic cooking skills. Experience with vegetable gardening would be a plus, but it is not a requirement.
  
  We provide a small, simple private room, and our food is primarily organic. You will join us for meals, and there is a large, shared kitchen available.

  Moramos em um sítio em Serra Grande, Bahia, uma linda cidade com muitas festividades, praias, cachoeiras. Estamos a 15min do ponto de ônibus que te leva para as praias e para a cidade.
  
  Serra Grande fica a 6km do sítio.
  
  Estamos procurando alguém para ajudar em média 50% com tarefas domésticas, como preparo de refeições e limpezas, e 50% na horta e no viveiro, como preparo de mudas, reforma de canteiros, colheitas e plantios.
  
  Horários de trabalhos das 7 as 12hs (café da manhã as 6:15, e nas tardes livres para passear, estudar. Oferecemos acesso aos cursos nossos cursos online (Agricultura regenerativa, produção de ovos, manutenção de ferramentas) .
  
  Procuramos pessoas que não se importam com qual trabalho precisa-se fazer e que saiba cozinhar nem que seja de forma básica. Experiência com horta seria ótimo, mas tudo bem se não tiverem.
  
  Temos um quarto privativo pequeno e simples e nossa comida é principalmente orgânica. Você comeria junto conosco nas refeições temos uma cozinha grande compartilhada.
