We are Tim and Ellian and we have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy
We live in a beautiful home in the midst of nature. We just bought the house in April 2025 and we want to make a vegetable garden, a fruit garden, and a beautiful place where we can give workshops about edible plants and herbs.
We have 2 horses, 2 goats, 4 dogs, 4 sheep, a bunch of chickens, cats and rabbits.
The house stands on a property of 1,7 acres. It lies in the midst of nature in between meadows and forests. -

Arbeit
All help is welcome!
We want to make this place flourishing again.
Currently we are doing some DIY on the house so we could use some help with that.
We are always working on projects on the land and in june we want to start making a wooden building where we can give ceremonies and workshops. Also there is help to do on renovating the home if interested.
On the land we have to make new fences for the animals, plant herbs, vegetables and fruits, plant new trees and take down the dead trees.
Tim owns a forestry business so you can learn about taking down trees, making fences, planting new trees if interested.
Ellian owns a crystalshop and can give workshops about medicinal herbs, orthomolecular nutrition and wild, edible herbs and plants.
We will do tasks together where you can learn new skills but there will also be tasks that you can do on your own. -

Unterkunft
You can camp in your own tent, camper or caravan on the property.
We also have a caravan available where you can stay.
You can go to the badroom and take a shower in the shower cabin.
Eating with our family is very important to us. We will share stories and it’s time for us and the kids.
During the weekends we can eat together when preferred.
We are very flexible. In dutch we say; “niks moet, alles mag.”
We are vegetarian and don’t eat meat. Sometimes we do like to eat fish.
We live in the midst of nature so city’s and supermarkets are not nearby or doable on foot. Having a car is preferred. -

The city’s Roermond and Maastricht are nearby.
We also live close to Germany. The city’s Aachen, Dusseldorf and Köln are also nearby.
We live in a nature reserve called “Het Haeselaar, Bos en Broek en De Kuyper”.
Natural park “de Meinweg” is also nearby.
