Beschreibung
After one surf season in south we are already highest rated hostel in Hostelworld in south of Sri Lanka. Ahangama is renown as one of the prime surf spots and we are just 100meters from the Devils Island AKA Sion surf point.
We have two instagram accounts for the hostel and the restaurant owned by the same management.We have 6 permenent (Paid) employees and it is local family business runs by my family and cousins mostly and we want individuals who can cordinate between the permenent staff and our guests.
We are specifically looking for individuals who would love to join our amazing team who would have energy and charisma to be the face of our amazing surf hostel, Pub crawls, organizing events, plan scooty trips, create content and update social media pages events etc. Ideally the open minded surfers/travelers all arround the world who would help other travelers and surfers to find the best experience in the hostel as well as the country. In return we are happy to provide dedicated dorm bed space for the workawayer and breakfast and for free. Food and drinks will be offered on special discounts for workawayers. Loads of beer and drinks to be shared in our amazing surf hostel with wooden deck hangout area with pool table. Language is another factor we are looking forward to exchange with foreigners. Also to create good PR with the guests being more friendly to them so our guests feels like home. Special access for parties and events arround the area for our staff. We also have bikes you can use for free to travel arround the area.
*NOTE: We only accept people who can commit a minimum of 30days(1month) and if anyone cancels before the end of the stay they have to pay for thier accomadation and food*
Arbeit
Helping hand for day to day activities at the hostel and keeping the vibe at the place.
1. Helping with administration of hostel.
2. Greet and meet with guests.
3. Paintings and setup inside the Hostel.
4. Organizing events on premises like BBQ Nights/Movie Nights and invite people to it
5. Create, update social media content(Instagram+FB+TikTok etc)
6. Yoga and fitness instructors.
7. Party/Event planners(Social Host)
8. Entertainers & Musicians
9. English teachers.
10. Photographers and video vloggers.
We are just 2km from Ahangama town and 8km from Weligama. Also 100meters walk you would find 'Devils Island Surf' point which is famous among surfers all around the world. We ran a great first surf season in south and we are already the highest rates hostel in south of Sri Lanka.
So we are looking for cool individuals who would help to help us on hostel's marketing, organizing events where guests prefer like movie nights/BBQ nights etc.

They can rent the bikes or scooties travel around Ahangama, Weliagama, Kabalana and all main surf points. Also every day there are parties happening arround the area and we hostel crew wants to take our guests there too.
