  Hola, my name is Penelope. I live in Altea half of the time, the other half I want to spend in Campo de Mirra with you.There, I own a piece of land of 10.000 m2, in the middle of nowhere that before was a hunting reserve. There are tends and small home to be able to cook for eat and clean yourself, but for sleep we have TENDS with advance🏕.
  This place is attractive, for everyone who likes to be in natural environment with no contaminations of noise and lights. It’s a unusual place but still near to the civilisation. Near here there are touristic areas as Benidorm95 km or Altea,105 km or Alicante at 30 min away by Car, etc.
  This area is in Campo de Mirra next to Villena about 10 km and Alicante 50 km.
  The following town is Beneixama 0,5km.
  At the arrounds there aren’t no homes, no construction a round, so the peace and love is much easy to get with the environment.
  If you arrive by train or plane I can pick you up at the station.
  The nearest airport is Alicante and the nearest train station Villena.
  However, I must say the electricity comes from solar panels and the water from 2 deposites of 2000 litres. So there is water and electricity but it’s limited.
  And because there is lots of space we can accept autocaravanas, (but maximum 3 of them). Sometimes, I will stay with you in Campo de Mirra, at the small house but sometimes I will stay in my apartment in Altea and you will be alone for a bit.

  You will learn to be more sustainable while respecting the environment, and perhaps they will learn to be environmental educators in order to spread to the whole world that the 4 Rs are very important: Reduce, reuse, restore and recycle, an essential requirement to stop excessive consumption and its consequent garbage saturation.

  Arbeit

  The objective is to recycle and do a place to keep the organic waste to compostate. I want to build boxes of wooden planks to albergue worms to create humus, with the composting of that waste. At the moment is only me on this project, but it will be involving the council town as I asked if the population can separate the waste and it will be taken to this place. So finally there will be a craft workshop.
  There is always something to do in my place! If there is no specific task, I need someone to help me with general mantainance. That will involve watering the plants, feeding and caring for the chicken and worms, making sure the place is in a good state or even build some small things, etc.
  During the season I will also need help with pruning and harvest. In my place there are 50 olives trees and 10 almond trees.

  Depending on the occupation, you can choose or not, between a spacious house, with a small kitchen and bathroom. In this house you can stay at the moment that outsite at the exterior is cold o hot. The small house is the comun area for using but not for sleep. The personal belongs and for sleep there are tends. At the little space at the house has chimenea but better use stove
  There is a gas stove, where the entrance area is separated from the private area where there is a bathroom and at the other area there is a refrigerator, and a table with chairs, this room has a fireplace.
  
  There are two outdoor area with a table on the open terrace without a fence.
  
  And for caravans they can park next to an olive or almond tree.

  If you have transportation you can visit the largest cities such as Biar, Villena, Alicante and if you do not have transportation there are two bikes, they would be transferred with a deposit and previously requested and the urban area of the Municipality of Beneixama is 3/4 km away and has shops, basic trade, churrería and restaurants. In this area you can find delicatessen of, for example, high quality sausages.
  In addition, these villages have been conquested by Arabs in Roman times. That’s why there’s a lot of nice architecture. You can also visit the castles of Biar or Castalla.
  In Campo de Mirra, the municipality to which this land corresponds, they have paddle tennis, tennis and fronton courts. And with a bike you can get there without difficulty.

  There is a Wifi in the upper place. You have to stay there for the Wifi, as it doesn‘t reach the other house, but if you need it for work just text me, it shouldn’t be a problem.
