Help on my countryside home in Pärnu-Jaagupi, Estonia

  Hey, I am part-time backpacker (M, 29y/o, estonian, living alone) and inviting you to share the space and time with me. Having travelled Europe, Central and Northern America and Asia few times now I am back in Estonia and now adjusting my compass of life. Currently stationed at homebase near Pärnu-Jaagupi, venturing business ideas and taking care of the house, an house that I have partially repurposed for pop-up restaurant/ event venue. Here are also different music instruments, plenty of space, sauna, garden that provides food and many sights of nature nearby available. Sand beach is 30km away, groceries 2kms, bus stop 150 meters local and 2kms for Tallinn/Pärnu bus, Airport 95kms, possibly a car available for use.
  I cook at home a lot, therefore kitchen is reasonably well kitted and ready to explore exciting tastes. Being self-employed I have ultra flexible schedule and so is the current rythm in the house. It is my place of peace while soon accomodating for a spectrum of events (that we can plan together). I spend quite some time in my head planning projects, so a good conversation as a good dance evening will always get my attention. Yes I love to dance also.
  Being a non smoker non drinker I’d prefer to keep the household on par with this. Also currently in ayrvedic regime of no meats nor dairy, yet that is distinctively my journey and there are no limits with cooking general meals.

  I am offering a semi-rural space 100kms away from Tallinn, on one of nice countryside regions near Pärnu-Jaagupi. I freshly opened a pop-up culture/social club with some foods and drinks, so this would be partial focus and very likely a fun one, as summer is in full bloom and everything is set up.
  
  A lot is reachable with reasonable ease from here, and me sharing top tips and secret(maybe even sacred) locations to go to/or go do daytrips together. I speak Estonian, English, Russian, a tad bit Italian, French, Finnish so mutual language practice possible. I have product/service designer background and I am fluent in cars, so anything related can be debated.

  Arbeit

  I need helping hand(s) with:
  1) Some DIY projects, like renovating and repurposing furniture etc
  2) As summer is here, garden has few seasonal things going on, also growing some fresh greens
  3) Sharing cooking schedule would be nice as during my workaways around the world it has shown so much value and learning for all participants.
  4) Organizing some events together (non-profit evenings, getting musicians together to jam, cuisine evenings etc.)
  5) We can do yoga, go running, swimming, bicycling or practice muay thai together
  6) There might be some fun car related side quests that I’m doing anyways and you can join if interested.
  7) Some general cleaning/dusting
  8) Maybe managing other workawayers when I am unavailable at some times.

  Unterkunft

  You will be staying in private separate rooms as you like, house is rather spacious. Wc/shower is in the house with warm water and water is pure from our own well. Furniture-wise there is plenty to adjust to everyones needs.
  For WiFi I only have my unlimited data mobile hotspot, and I am not available all the time, so if you are covered in EU it is perfect, if not, we can discuss.
  Cooking is done in kitchen, sometimes in the yard on bonfire, shared schedule and meal plan we agree on the spot. Basic grains/veggies/water/seasonings are included, some niche should items go according to mealplan and splitted between participants.
  Sauna(firewood heated) is an ancient one and nice strong and moisty.
  There are few nice remote-working corners in the house available for use and a chess board for times inbetween.
  Some sporting goods available like 24kg dumbell, jumping rope, city bicycles, pairs of boxing gloves, boxing bag, 50kg bar etc.

  As previously expressed- location is good with different resources nearby, beach in Summer capital of Estonia Pärnu 30kms, smaller supermarkets 2kms, bus station 150m &2kms, Saaremaa ferry 75kms, a lot of nature within short drive/walk away. I still practice how to relax and be in the state of creative stillness, so we can find the quietest places in nature you have ever seen, and just sit a day away there staring at the sun.
