  Hi I live on the beautiful Tutukaka coast on a large property. My project is around clearing weeds and regenerating native bush. I also have a dog and chickens so it would be great to have helpers who like dogs and wouldn’t mind walking the dog as part of the work. I work out of town and come home for weekends so this work away would suit a couple more than a single person if you like company.
  Ngunguru where I live is a stunning seaside village where there is a lovely community and ready access to fishing, kayaking, diving, boating , swimming and surfing.

  There are many options to meet people
  In the community at sports organizations , bars and restaurants and neighbours. I have had woofers in the past from France, Chile, Amsterdam, Germany and Australia and have loved getting to know different people whilst introducing them to NZ culture.you will be able to come fishing, paddle boarding etc and be part of normal day yo day life with my friends and family

  The work involves walking the dog and clearing some bush. There is an opportunity to do some more handy tasks around the property too

  Unterkunft

  The house is large. Your room is downstairs and has its own bathroom. There is also a spa and large kitchen and lounge.
  
  I’m a big fan of cooking so will be happy to cook when I’m home otherwise ingredients will be provided when I’m not. There is a large vege garden and lots of local produce. I mostly eat vegetarian with fish.
