Help with pet sitting three dogs close to the beach in Algarve, Portugal

  We're a couple both working in creative fields (sound designer and photographer). Recently married, we're looking for someone to care for our place and our 3 furry companions whilst we settle some things in our home country (Switzerland).

  The house is just a couple steps away from the beach, with it's own private swimming pool. From there, you can spot flamingos and many other birds, and have access to many nature trails! It's a very quiet area, and yet just a couple of minutes from the city of Olhao, and about 20 minutes from Faro. Algavre is a beautiful region with lots of nature and beautiful hikes/exploring to do!

  We have 2 dogs, both border collies:
  
  - Zora (female) is almost 10 years old. She's very well educated, with strong observation skills. She doesn't care much for other dogs, but she loves to play with a ball, frisbee or a stick! She's a little barky as a way to get attention, she gets a little jealous of other dog(s)/humans playing or having fun without her!
  
  -Juanito (male) is 2.5 years old. He was found as a stray dogs at 3 months old, and has joined our family since. He's clumsy, funny, expressive and very cuddly. At the same time he's quite independent, he can play by himself or will sometimes just go take a nap somewhere calm, or go sniff a good wiff of salty air on the terrace. He usually steals all of our petsitter's hearts (hihi!).
  He sometimes gets afraid of other dogs or humans, but once he understands there's no danger, he loves to play with them!
  
  The house and it's terrace are completely fenced off, so the dogs can enjoy roaming around without any problem :) While they do enjoy being outside, they will likely just hang out wherever you are throughout the day.
  
  Zora and Juanito get along alright, tolerating each other and their own habits. They're used to going on a one hour walk in the morning and a one hour walk in the afternoon, with play time and cuddles in between. At night they get an express run outside for their last needs.
  
  We're looking for someone who could keep that routine up whilst we're away, send us brief daily updates and would enjoy spending time with them in general :)

  Unterkunft

  It's a modern house with a swimming pool, just a couple of meters away from the beach. It has a big terrace downstairs, open on the kitchen and swimming pool, as well as a rooftop terrace, ideal for daily yoga/sports if you're into that!
  You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and access to the rest of the house, with small maintenance tasks.
  Food is not included, but the kitchen is all equipped for making your own meals.

  We're looking for someone who has experience with dogs as these guys are quite demanding.
  Length would be 2-3 weeks, sometime in February (dates TBD).
