  My family consists of me, a 26-year-old student living in Rome but often spending time in Fano, and my mom, a very affectionate and skilled cook who works as a midwife. I love meeting foreigners for cultural exchanges and improving my language skills. Although my mom doesn't speak English, she communicates through her kindness and excellent cooking.
  
  Fano is a charming city on the Adriatic coast, known for its beautiful beaches, the Arch of Augustus, the lively Carnival, and the delicious brodetto alla fanese. The province of Pesaro-Urbino offers a variety of attractions, including Pesaro with its connection to Gioachino Rossini, Urbino with its magnificent Ducal Palace and University, Gradara with its medieval castle, the Catria and Nerone mountains for nature lovers, and the spectacular Furlo Gorge.
