  We are a couple who have bought a piece of land with a house in Mallorca, and we need a hand to make masonry or plumbing arrangements, and take care of the garden. Andrada is just comming weekends but I am working there full time. The house at the time is in bad shape, plese, check the photos and description before apply.

  The location is ideal to enjoy both the beach and the mountains, both places can be reached by bicycle. The farm is in a rural area, next to the Albufera Natural Park but Sa Pobla is very close and Alcudia is 20 minutes away by bike.

  Arbeit

  Help with construction tasks, such as making cement, painting, weeding the garden, planting. 15 hours a week that will be distributed throughout the week to be agreed.

  Unterkunft

  Two floors house, big bedroom with living room, kitchen and a bathroom, 1000m2 of garden with barbecue. 8km from the beach. The house right now is under big remodelation, the bedroom still dont have windows, and the close place for sleeping is the living room and the kitchen, the water system still not arriving inside home, we have to take from water source by cups. Notice, the electricity for now is from a gasoline generator, and the telephone signal is limited.
  Be aware about staying here is a callenge.
  
  Casa de dos plantas, dormitorio grande con salón, cocina y baño, 1000m2 de jardín con barbacoa. A 8km de la playa. La casa en este momento está en gran remodelación, el dormitorio aún no tiene ventanas, y el lugar cerrado para dormir es la sala y la cocina, el sistema de agua aún no llega al interior de la casa, tenemos que traer agua de la fuente en cubos. Aviso, la electricidad por ahora proviene de un generador de gasolina y la señal telefónica es limitada.
  Ten en cuenta que quedarse aquí es un desafío.

  The house is close to Alcudia and Sa Pobla, you can go by bike in less than 30 minutes to Alcudia and 15 to Sa Pobla, to the nearest coast in 20 minutes, they are quiet roads, if you like climbing, we are climbers and on free days you could join our plans.
  
  La casa esta cerca de Alcudia y Sa Pobla, se puede ir en bicicleta en menos de 30 minutos a Alcudia y 15 a Sa Pobla, a la costa mas cercana en 20 minutos, son caminos tranquilos, si te gusta la escalada, nosotros somos escaladores y en días libres podrías unirte a nuestros planes.
