We are a family of 5 and 1 cat living in Chilliwack, BC, Canada located just 1 hour away from Vancouver. Hi, I'm Host Dad, James, along with Enora(host Mom) and our 3 kids: London (15), Hunter (10) & Indiana (8). Also, Toulouse our cat whos more like a dog. I am self employed and work from home, which keeps me quite busy and runnning around constantly. We love to do things as a family and spend as much time together as possible. We enjoy having friends over for dinners, cooking, camping in the summer, playing at the river, video games, board games, going for walks and much much more! Our home is on a mountainside surrounded by nature and lots of hiking trails as well as other activies.

Also, being close to Vancouver, Whistler, and many other amazing local areas to visit. We love random trips as a family so that will happen lots!

Arbeit
Being self employed my schedule can be quite busy at times, the kids are with us week on week off but we love to meet new people from around the world. Just need an extra set of hands to help with chores around the house, tiding up, laundry, having fun as a famkly and if I have to be away for work. With kids schedule it would allow someone a lot of freedom to explore everything the area has to offer in the off weeks when its just us adults :)

The room is on the first floor with a private full bathroom. Furnished with a new bed for more space and large frame tv, we wanted to make it as comfortable and private as possible while still having you as part of the family. Our rooms and are located on the third floor along with the laundry and shower/bath. We have unlimited high speed internet. As for food, we love it! We love to cook but are happy to have help or if you would like to make something thats great too, we eat everything and have no restrictions for diet but are happy to accommodate diet restrictions. I bake sourdough regularly and have for years. A cell phone can be provided and we have an extra vehicles.

We live in the countryside atop a mountain but only a few minutes from historical district 1887 that has many quaint shops and resturants. Vancouver and whistler are very easily reached and the only problem guests find is enough time to do everything!
