For ten years now I have created a farm with the method of natural cultivation......On the farm there are many kinds of fruits..vegetables and herbs.........The goal is to enrich the farm with even more etc..... It is very important these days to exchange information to become more self-sufficient in terms of food..health..energy..... So seed conservation is an important part that also needs human relations to work harmoniously..... My mentor is the panagiotis manikis and the method of natural cultivation..... However, I have also visited the freeandreal eco-community in Greece many times... Which helped me with her series of practices self sufficiency lessons.....

Εδω και δεκα χρονια εχω δημιουργησει ενα αγροκτημα με τη μεθοδο της φυσικης καλλιεργειασ......Στο αγροκτημα υπαρχουν πολλα ειδη φρουτων ..λαχνικων και βοτανων.........Ο στοχος ειναι να εμπλουτισουμε το αγροκτημα με ακομη περισσοτερα ειδη.....
Ειναι πολυ σημαντικο τις μερες που διανυουμε να ανταλλαξουμε πληροφοριες για να γινουμε περισσοτερο αυταρκεις σε επιπεδο τροφης..υγειας..ενεργειας..... Ετσι λοιπον η διατηρηση σπορων ειναι ενα σημαντικο κομματι που χρειαζεται και τις ανθρωπινες σχεσεις για να λειτουργησει αρμονικα.....
Μεντορας μου ο παναγιωτης μανικης και η μεθοδος της φυσικης καλλιεργειασ.....Ωστοσο εχω επισκεφθει πολλες φορες και την οικοκοινοτητα των freeandreal στην ελλαδα...Η οποια με βοηθησε με τη σειρα της σε πρακτικα μαθηματα αυταρκειας.....

Οι εργασιες αφορουν σπορα ,,παρασκευη σβωλων ,,,φυτευση,,,κλαδεμα,,συγκομιδη ελιων και αλλων καρπων..

Unterkunft
Breakfast provides herbal beverages from the garden......And we continue with fruits and juices jamlams bread.......Depending on the season and the species that the garden produces at that season...... The main meal is taken around 5 to 6 in the evening.......However it is possible to negotiate it according to the volunteer's nutritional needs... We can bake bread.... Make soap..... To make jammals.....To make homemade sweets.......To take knitting and sewing lessons........To collect medicinal herbs....To see the sun.....To we swim in the sea which is located 50 meters from the farm...And much more... The accommodation space is in the space where we live...A 112 square meters house where the volunteer will have his own room and sharing the rest of the space......Internet is provided throughout the space.....The house is located on the farm.......
Μπορουμε να ζυμωσουμε ψωμι....Να φτιαξουμε σαπουνι.....Να φτιαξουμε μαρμελαδες.....Να φτιαξουμε σπιτικα γλυκα.......Να κανουμε μαθηματα πλεκτικης και ραπτικης........Να μαζεψουμε θεραπευτικα βοτανα....Να κανουμε ηλιοθεαση.....Να κολυμπουμε στη θαλασσα η οποια βρισκεται 50 μετρα απο το αγροκτημα....Και πολλα ακομη...
Ο χωρος του καταλυματος ειναι στο χωρο που ζουμε και εμεις ...Μια οικια 112 τετραγωνικων μετρων οπου ο εθελοντης θα εχει το προσωπικο του δωματιο και κοινοχρηστους τους υπολοιπους χωρους......Παρεχεται το ιντερνετ σε ολο το χωρο.....Η οικεια βρισκεται μεσα στο αγροκτημα......
