  Greetings from our British-Persian family of four! I'm Nas, a brand designer and film producer, and my husband Sohrab is a writer-director. Music is a significant part of our lives; both of us are pianists. Nature is another shared passion, and we relish our leisurely walks, social engagements with friends, and moments spent in our cherished allotment just a stone's throw away from our home. Our young children, Ella, who is 3 years old, and Elia, who is 1.5 , are bundles of joy and sources of endless mischief.
  
  We are delighted to invite a dedicated young woman who is eager to become an integral part of our family dynamic. Your responsibilities would involve daily childcare and assisting with household tasks. Additionally, you would have the chance to accompany us on a variety of leisurely day trips, filled with fun and adventure. We understand the importance of personal time; therefore, should you wish for some days to yourself, know that we are flexible and can arrange for that accordingly.
  
  Professionally, Sohrab is a talented filmmaker and is often at his studio in the town centre. As for myself, I primarily work from home. Our work and films aim to deepen spiritual understanding, heal the social wounds caused by issues like racism, nationalism, regionalism, and gender inequality, and unite people in addressing these common challenges.

  Arbeit

  We are seeking a friendly and creative individual who can engage with our children in a caring manner. The assistance we require from travellers includes childcare and general housework. This will involve various tasks, such as:
  
  1- Diaper changing (excluding the "not so pleasant" ones, of course!).
  2- Feeding our kids, including preparing meals and snacks when necessary.
  3- Accompanying them to playgrounds or baby groups, under our supervision until you feel confident to handle it independently.
  4- Engaging in creative playtime and teaching them simple things like saying "thank you," without adhering to a strict school-like schedule.
  Additionally, we kindly request assistance with light cleaning tasks. Our house is not large, and while we strive to keep it tidy, we would appreciate approximately 1 hour for cleaning duties. These may include loading the dishwasher, starting the washing machine, vacuuming, organizing toys, and general tidying.
  
  We are understanding and flexible, fully aware that we also handle these responsibilities ourselves. We view this support as an additional helping hand rather than starting from scratch. We will guide you gradually, ensuring you understand everything and feel comfortable with the tasks at hand.
  
  We also love to have company and enjoy various experiences ourselves! Once we establish a connection, we would be delighted to have you join us for festivals, parties, events, and more, if you're interested. This position presents an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to explore, learn, and immerse themselves in new experiences alongside our family.

  You will have your own cozy room, complete with WiFi access, providing a comfortable and private space. Feel free to make use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden at your convenience. Our home is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from both the town center and the train station. Enjoy the scenic beauty of our surroundings with lovely walks to and from our house, and take in the breathtaking view of the Cotswold Hills from our beautiful garden. For added convenience, there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away from our home.
