  Hi there! I live with my partner in a beautiful part of Leeds, near one of the biggest parks in Europe and directly behind a beautiful ancient woodland where I volunteer. We've been working hard over the past two years to create a lovely home and garden and would love to find someone to take care of it while we're away.

  Leeds is a diverse city, and our area sits in between two big neighborhoods of Harehills and Roundhay. To the north is a massive park where there are summer events - especially the traditional Yorkshire brass bands playing in bandstands! To the South you'll find some incredible South Asian food shops and restaurants.

  Arbeit

  We have a cute little cat called Lucy who needs some company while we're away. She is SUPER affectionate and would like to lie on your lap all day if you'd let her! She needs feeding in the morning and evening, her letter tray being cleared and water replenished. But mainly she's a sociable cat who is used to people being around, so plenty of cuddles, brushing and a little playtime is ideal. She's an older gal, but in pretty good health, with no medication needs.
  
  The back garden is a wildlife haven, with a native wildlife meadow at the back, a pond, clover lawn and borders of lots of well loved plants. While staying, that won't need all that much maintenance, mostly just enjoying the birds! If it is really hot then a bit of watering would be welcome.
  
  At the front of the house we've got a fruit and veg forest so we'd love to find someone keen to keep it all alive - mainly through watering in warm weather - while getting to enjoy lots of tasty tomatoes, salad, herbs, courgettes, aubergines and berries!

  Unterkunft

  As a housesitter you get our room! A big comfortable king sized bed with lovely sheets. You will have full run of the three bedroom house with living room, dining room and decent sized kitchen.
