Hello! We are a family-run project, and we welcome you to our beautiful equestrian estate and horse breeding farm in Fuente Palmera (Córdoba). We are passionately dedicated to caring for our horses and managing a few rural rooms for guests visiting from all over the world.
What we love most about this place is the peace and the direct contact with the animals. It has the great advantage of being surrounded by nature while being just 45 minutes away from Córdoba and 1 hour from Seville.
We are looking for a committed, responsible, and horse-loving person to join our team and help us with the daily tasks on the estate. Here, you will find a very welcoming, close, and respectful environment. You will live completely independently in a fully equipped private caravan on the property (with utilities and WiFi included) and will receive financial compensation. We look forward to welcoming you to Andalusia!

¡Hola! Somos un proyecto familiar y os abrimos las puertas de nuestra hermosa finca ecuestre y yeguada en Fuente Palmera (Córdoba). Nos dedicamos con mucha pasión al cuidado de nuestros caballos y a la gestión de algunas habitaciones rurales para huéspedes que nos visitan de todo el mundo.
Lo que más nos gusta de este rincón es la paz que se respira y el contacto directo con los animales, con la gran ventaja de estar en plena naturaleza pero a solo 45 minutos de Córdoba y a 1 hora de Sevilla.
Buscamos a una persona comprometida, responsable y amante de los caballos para unirse al equipo y apoyarnos en el día a día de la finca. Aquí os encontraréis un ambiente muy cercano, dinámico y respetuoso. Viviréis de forma totalmente independiente en una caravana privada equipada dentro de la finca (con luz, agua, gas y WiFi incluidos) y contaréis con una compensación económica. ¡Estaremos encantados de recibiros en Andalucía! -

At our estate, we offer an authentic immersion into Andalusian culture and traditions. Workawayers will have the opportunity to learn about managing a horse breeding farm and daily equine care, and we even offer the chance to receive horse riding lessons.
Additionally, as we manage a rural guest house, they will be able to practice languages and connect with travelers from all over the world, while discovering the local customs of the Córdoba and Seville regions. We look forward to sharing our skills, enjoying a language exchange, and learning mutually from the experiences each traveler brings with them.

En nuestra finca ofrecemos una inmersión auténtica en la cultura y las tradiciones de Andalucía. Los workawayers tendrán la oportunidad de aprender sobre el manejo de una yeguada y el cuidado diario de los caballos, e incluso ofrecemos la posibilidad de recibir clases de equitación.
Además, al gestionar un alojamiento rural, podrán practicar idiomas y conectar con viajeros de todo el mundo, así como conocer las costumbres locales de la zona de Córdoba y Sevilla. Our project in Fuente Palmera (Córdoba) —just 45 minutes from Córdoba and 1 hour from Seville— is looking for a committed, detail-oriented animal lover to join our team and help with daily operations.
🏡 What We Offer
Free Private Accommodation: Fully equipped caravan on the estate (fits up to 4 people).
Utilities Included: Electricity, water, gas, and WiFi. (Food/groceries not included).
Financial compensation: Remuneration for work performed in accordance with standardized legal minimums and to be specified according to the organization.
Optional Training: Opportunity to receive free horse riding lessons.
Flexibility: Flexible schedules and days off.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Animal Care: Daily help with feeding, handling, and well-being of the horses.
Maintenance & Gardening: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and basic outdoor upkeep.
Guest Management: Helping with cleaning, room prep, and welcoming guests to our rural rooms.
Proposal: 6 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Mantenimiento y jardinería: Cortar césped, mantenimiento de setos y zonas verdes exteriores.
Gestión de huéspedes: Apoyo en limpieza, preparación de estancias y recepción en las habitaciones rurales de la finca.
Se proponen 6 horas/día, 5 días/semana

We provide free, private accommodation in a vintage, well-maintained Moncayo Olympic 550 Deluxe caravan. It is equipped for comfortable stays, featuring a clean double bed (as shown in the photos), a functional kitchen area, and a sitting space. WiFi and all essential utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included. Additionally, for the guests' convenience and comfort, you have access to a fully equipped, hygienic, and modern external bathroom located right next to the caravan.
