  Welcome to, your vibrant home-away-from-home, located in the heart of Sairee beach on the enchanting island of Koh Tao. Our hostel offers a bustling atmosphere where you can socialise with like minded travellers and make some lifelong memories.
  
  Situated just a two minute walk from the beach and the famous Koh Tao walking street, full of amazing bars and restaurants you will never find yourself bored of the vibrant nightlife on this paradise on earth.
  
  At the hostel we take pride in our dedicated team of staff members, each member of the team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of both our hostel and bar. We employ numerous locally paid staff who's roles include, receptionist, cleaners and bar staff. This team of amazing volunteers and staff come from all corners of the globe which creates and alluring environment full of different personalities and cultures.

  We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and assist with reception and hostel duties while actively participating and organizing the various activities we offer. As a volunteer, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with guests from around the world, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. From checking in guests and providing local information to organizing island tours and coordinating fun social events, you'll be an integral part of creating a fantastic experience for everyone as well as selling event tickets, host epic karaoke and pool tourenament nights, and whip up activities that'll make our guests grin from ear to ear. In return, you'll receive accommodation, free drinks and the chance to explore the breathtaking beauty of Ko Tao, with its crystal-clear waters, diverse marine life, and captivating sunsets. We also run a weekly boat party that volunteers will take turns helping out with. If you're eager to immerse yourself in island life, make new connections, and contribute to a vibrant hostel community, we can't wait to welcome you aboard!
  
  
  Volunteers Roles:
  
  4-5 hours a day | 5 days a week | Morning/Afternoon/Night/Boat Party/Rennovations
  
  Morning: Help setup and check people out
  Afternoon: Help with check ins; welcome customers and inform them about the hostel and island
  Night: Take charge of the night activity, socialise with customers and have a good night! (Sell tickets for events if possible)
  
  Boat Party: Socialise with customers, ensure everyone is safe and having a good time and keep the boat clean
  
  Rennovations: Our hostel is currently undergoing rennovations, so volunteers will also take turns helping with this
  
  NOTICE: We are also looking for artist to paint murals and would be able to offer different benefits to those with good portfolios

  As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to stay in our cozy and convenient hostel accommodation, sharing a dormitory with our friendly guests. Our dorms are equipped with single bunk beds, providing a comfortable and relaxing space for you to unwind. Don't worry about showering facilities - we've got you covered with showers conveniently located in the dorms. (As previously mentioned, the hostel is undergoing rennovations, so you may move into rooms like in the hostel photos, or brand new dorms - photos will be updated when the hostel is fully ronnovated) Instead of providing meals, we believe in fair compensation, so you'll be compensated for every shifts you work. This way, you can have the freedom to manage your own meals while earning a little extra for your valuable contributions.
  To ensure you have a well-balanced experience on Ko Tao, our volunteers enjoy 2 free days a week, depending on the schedule. During these days, you'll have the chance to explore the island's stunning beauty, whether it's diving, beach hopping, or simply relaxing.
  Our volunteers will receive a food allowance (allows for vegans), free coffee and water refills all day, 2 complimentary drinks at the bar daily and comission for selling event tickets.
