  This is an opportunity for a house-sitting stay of a nice 3-bedroom house centrally located in a small town in a great outdoor recreation hub in northwest New Mexico.
  The visitor (s) will be caring for a lawn and flowers that need water and regular attention. No animals.
  Farmington is a livable small town, near to an abundance of outdoor recreation activities, especially mountain-bicycling. Within a 1/2 day drive of numerous world-renown destinations such the national parks of Southeastern Utah and Western Colorado, Santa Fe, Moab, Telluride, and Durango.

  Farmington is located between the Navajo, Jicarilla Apache, and Ute Native American reservations. Extensive opportunities exist for visiting nearby Native American ancestral lands and meeting Native Americans. We are located within two hours of two UNESCO world-heritage sites of Chaco Canyon, and Mesa Verde national parks.
  Autum is Chilé harvest season, and visitors will have the chance to see New Mexico's famous chilé harvest and roasting season.

  We would like someone to stay in our home and house-sit. This person will need to irrigate and care for our lawn (which is a standard town-size lawn), flowers and other plants. This is the only help needed.
  This would be a good opportunity for a mature traveller, or couple with child.

  Farmington is a medium size town that serves as a commercial hub for the four corners region. And, it is an excellent place for families. It's known for outdoor recreation, especially mountain-biking, off-roading, golf and trout fishing. The town is within a two-hour drive of a plethora of world-class recreation sites, including the southern Rocky Mountains, and southeast Utah. Durango Colorado, with a huge abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities, is an easy 60 minute drive.
  Santa Fe, the state capital, is an easy 3.5 hours drive. Santa Fe is one of the most unique places in North America, and its art and restaurant scene is known worldwide as is the Santa Fe Opera.

  Easy parking for an RV as our driveway is large and could fit a motor-home or RV. However, No water or sewer hookup. Visitors would stay in home.
