Hello to all!
My name is Claire, I am 62 years old. After living in Paris for a long time, I moved to the Vendée to raise my 3 daughters in the country. I have some knowledge of English, but here we speak mostly French, so I hope that won't be an obstacle for you. It would be a pleasure to help you learn French.
My friends describe me as a sociable, generous, caring, curious, open-minded person with good energy and artistic sensibility.
I live with my dog Plume, 4 cats, chickens and doves, in a peaceful house, full of charm, 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean. It is a real happiness for me to live in this place surrounded by nature, and I would be glad to share it with you and make you discover all that I know.
In return, I simply ask for help in the maintenance of the garden (weeding, DIY, pruning, ...). Of course, for a real sharing of the house, each person must participate in all the housework (it is not a hotel-restaurant).
My house is fully equipped, and meets the current need for comfort, including WIFI, a swimming pool, and plenty of space.

Je m’appelle Claire, j’ai 62 ans. Après avoir longtemps vécu à Paris, je me suis installée en Vendée pour élever mes 3 filles à la campagne. J’ai quelques notions d’anglais, mais ici, nous parlons essentiellement français, j’espère que ce ne sera pas un obstacle pour vous. Ce serait un plaisir de vous aider à apprendre le français.
Mes amis me décrivent comme une personne sociable, généreuse, attentionnée, curieuse, ouverte d’esprit, avec une bonne énergie et une sensibilité artistique.
Je vis en compagnie de ma chienne Plume, 4 chats, des poules et des colombes, dans une maison paisible, pleine de charme, à 7 km de l’Océan Atlantique. C’est un vrai bonheur pour moi de vivre dans cet endroit entouré de nature, et je serais ravie de pouvoir partager ça et vous faire découvrir tout ce que je connais.
En contrepartie, je demande simplement de l’aide dans l’entretien du jardin (désherbage, bricolage, taille, …). Bien-sûr, pour un réel partage de maison, chaque personne doit participer à l’ensemble des tâches ménagères (ce n’est pas un hôtel-restaurant).
Ma maison est bien équipée, et répond au besoin de confort actuel, avec notamment le WIFI et beaucoup d’espace.

Une jolie jeune fille, très discrète, toute douce, curieuse, intéressante.
C’est un vrai bonbon
Nous avons passé presque trois semaines ensemble où je lui ai laissé le maximum de liberté pour qu’elle prenne ses repères.
Elle avait un vélo à disposition pour se promener.

J'ai pu comprendre comment ça fonctionnait et l'esprit qu'il fallait avoir pour pouvoir faire du workaway.
On a fait du jardinage et j'ai aussi pu en apprendre plus sur les plantes !
