Hello,I am Fer, well, my complete name is Maria Fernanda, but people can call me Fer or MariFer. I am Mexican, I am from the northern part of Mexico, Sonora, but I was living in North Carolina in the United States. I work as an English and Spanish as a second language teacher, and started giving YIN Yoga classes, both really fulfilling experiences. I had worked as a teacher for 18years. I have taught all levels and ages, I really enjoy teaching, but this coming year I would like to explore a different profesiona path, maybe in a more remote mode, so I am abe to travel for a while. I consider myself a helpful person, funny and always willing to meet new people and cultures. As travelers, it is awesome how we can see these impressive places where locals sometimes just see routine. Lately, I have been having this strong feeling on volunteering outside my country and in my country. Traveling with a cause. As I am a teacher, I will like to teach in a different culture, learn and experience the way of living in a different place , and maybe leaving a small piece of me that hopefully can help, but taking a piece from the people and the country as well. Learning from each other. I will want to help in different areas though, I consider myself the kind of person that if don't know how to do a certain job, will try my best to learn how to do it and do my best.

Professional dancer! I've danced at sea on a cruise ship, and on land over France, Belgium and UK. I love teaching dance also, as well as experience being a teacher in schools and working with children up to 18 years of age as a learning support for those with special educational needs. Previously worked on a summer camp in Italy teaching children 6-9 years old English.

I love animals, taking care of them and giving them lots of affection. Being able to travel, get to know myself, and learn from other people’s culture and language.
