Description
Friendly family - Andrew, Ana and young daughter Lucía. We've bought a run down house on a big block in Hamilton Hill. It was an old Italian Market garden from the 1950s. We have just begun transforming the property in to a small permaculture inspired community and we'd appreciate some help.
This project will suit someone with building, carpentry or other trade skills, or an interest in learning about renovating, sustainable building and gardening.
Easy bike ride to beautiful beaches, 15 minute bike ride to Fremantle and public transport available nearby.
We also have a house available in Mandurah. Andrew is building a big shed there and would welcome some help.Types of help and learning opportunities

We can help non-English speaking visitors improve their English and cultural insights. Andrew has wide ranging sustainable building, carpentry, permaculture and other skills which he's happy to share.

Help
We'd love your help in restoring the old house, establishing new buildings and creating an organic garden. Depending on skill sets and interests, we're happy to negotiate tasks, remuneration, hours etc.
Building and other trades skills would be great but not essential - Andrew has a lot of building and permaculture skills so this a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning new skills.Languages
