Help renew my old house and garden in Selent, Germany

  Hi,
  my name is Bettina. I am an architect and live in a weekly change in Hamburg or in the house in Selent, 90 min by car from Hamburg. So you would be alone there sometimes. For living you would have your own apartment.
  
  In summertime I rent a part of the house for a couple of days. I have a friend (he is musician) who uses the tiny house in the last end of the garden sometimes.
  
  I love to travel: backpacking in India, Thailand, Brasil, going by car from Germany to Senegal, doing work and travel myself in France and Italy...
  
  Beiside from travelling I like to spent time with friends in my quiet house and garden near the baltic see and love to have guests to hang arround and help to renovate the old house.
  
  I would be glad to be your host! I am 56 and have two daughters (18 and 25) who are not living there but are coming sometimes. Also my partner or friends will come to stay for a weekend time by time. Sometimes we would cook, play music, go for walks...

  While you are there we can talk in german or english. I also understand french and spanish. Sometimes we may eat together. If you like you can play my piano or guitar.
  
  The small town Selent is near to a big lake and Baltic sea. From there you can take the public transport to the next big citys:
  40 min Kiel
  50 min Lübeck
  120 min Hamburg

  Arbeit

  I would be happy if you would start to stay 2 weeks, if we both agree you are welcome to stay longer
  
  At the moment there is renovating work inside the attic, kitchen and bathroom need to be painted or parts to plaster and paint a wall. Beginning of April help ist welcome in the garden, like cutting the hedge and grass.
  
  I would provide accomodation plus 50 € per week to buy food, and there is an old bike to use and free Wlan
  
  your help:
  
  15 hours/ week (3 times 5 hours or 5 times 3 hours, weekend freetime)
  
  you shop and cook for yourself

  Unterkunft

  You would have your own flat with bathroom and kitchen. There are (old) bicycles for use.
  
  Arround my place you will find a very beautiful landscape for walking, jogging or cycling. Only 2 km to a big lake and woods. 200m behind the house there are fields. 17 km to the Baltic sea.

  In house you have a good fiberglass internet connection. Inside the house no smoking.
