So, what to say? We are a family of four, Mum Dad two kids age 9 and 11 and have a blind and diabetic dog, who is amazingly fit and healthy and loves to go out walking still and a very young puppy that likes lots of attention. We also have extended family who sometimes stay with us. We are a vegetarian household with a love for all animals and a non Smoking household.
We organise Festivals/community gatherings and camps in the summer and run yoga and sound workshops throughout the year. We are also nearly finished constructing a space at our house for running workshops that we may need some help with.
We hope that they will feel apart of the family and be able to practice there language skills and would hope that they will get to learn some new skills whilst helping around the house/garden.
Tanya runs a regular Yoga and spiritual development class that they can join in with whilst here and we would also love to learn and exchange some recipes and culinary skill.
We are looking for people to help with sorting out and tidying the outside areas, tasks will include taking up some old brick pavers, preparing driveway for new gravel, working in the vegetable garden and poly tunnel and laying some new patio slabs .
We are also building a space at our house for running workshops and courses in, and may ask for help with projects to finish this off. We may also ask for help preparing the meals on some days and walking the dogs.
