  Description

  Ricardo offers a country inn at 1750 meters above sea level at the foot of the Andes. It has large green spaces. Training Center Endurance horses (long distance). In an inn that serves as hotel and restaurant.
  
  We're looking for EXPERIENCED HORSE RIDERS - MINIMUM 1 MONTH:
  If you’re an experienced and good rider, and love horses this is for you. Help is needed 4-5h in the morning, 5 days a week, for the training, riding and the caring of the Arabians horses. For safety reasons no exceptions will be made, you need to be an experienced rider (5+ years of experience).
  
  We're also looking for a HANDYMAN - MINIMUM 1 MONTH:
  If you have experience in construction or DIY, we will be grateful to have you collaborating with us.
  
  The training stable is run by Ricardo and his daughter and there are two locals who help with the horses as well.
  
  We also sometimes need help in the garden, in the posada or with some maintenance work in the low training season.
  
  We are keen to share and enrich each other culturally, so for us it is a pleasure to welcome people from other countries.
  
  We appreciate people acting in a spirit of teamwork and that adds to a climate of cordiality. Seriousness and honesty in value capabilities that provide volunteers.
  
  You will have your own room and bathroom, enjoy the incredible calm and beauty of the place, the pool and the horses all around you.

  Ricardo ofrece una Posada de campo a 1750 metros sobre el nivel del mar, al pie de la Cordillera De Los Andes. Cuenta con amplios espacios verdes. Centro de entrenamiento de caballos de Endurance (larga distancia). Al mismo tiempo la posada funciona como hotel.
  
  Buscamos JINETES CON EXPERIENCIA - MÍNIMO 1 MES:
  Si eres un jinete experimentado y bueno, y te encantan los caballos, esto es para ti. Se necesita ayuda 5h de la mañana, 5 días de la semana, para el entrenamiento, monta y cuidado de los caballos árabes. Por razones de seguridad no se harán excepciones, debe ser un excelente jinete (más de 5 años de experiencia).
  
  También se puede necesitar ayuda en el jardín o en la posada.
  
  Nos interesa mucho compartir y enriquecernos mutuamente y culturalmente, por eso para nosotros es un placer recibir gente de otros países.
  
  Apreciamos gente que actúa con espíritu de trabajo en equipo y que sume a un clima de cordialidad. Valoramos seriedad y honestidad en las capacidades que ofrecen los voluntarios.
  
  Tendrás tu propia habitación con baño, disfrutarás de la increíble calma y belleza del lugar, la piscina y los caballos a tu alrededor.

  You can practice Spanish, learn about the training and handling of Arabian endurance horses and experience the local cooking and way of life.
  
  Puedes practicar tu español, aprender sobre el entrenamiento y mantenimiento de caballos árabe de endurance y vivir la experiencia y la cocina local.

  Help

  Attention, care and riding of Arab endurance horses.
  
  5 hours of daily work (4 hours in the morning and 30min help in the evening), 5 days a week. Afternoons are free.
  
  Please send your CV and tell us about your previous horse riding experience.

  What else ...

  In your free time you can go Trekking, use the swimmingpool, visit the observatory and the national park El Leoncito, go for a walk into town or just relax in the nice, quite setting of the posada.
  The town center of Barreal with supermarkets, pharmacies and some small shops is a 10 minute walk from the posada but Ricardo is always happy to take you with the car if you need something.
