    Description

My name is Nikki, I live in Chateaubriant, a rural French market town, with my Mum in a big, old farmhouse in the countryside about a 5 minute drive from the town center. I am a life coach, yoga teacher, and run (with my Mum) a small personal development retreat for yoga and meditation. We offer fully inclusive 4-day breaks in our home for up to 5 guests.

Nikki teaches Zen yoga and meditation, and our visitors are encouraged to follow a healthy approach to life.
Chateaubriant is a small, market town with a famers market each Wednesday morning. It is within walking distance from our home along a beautiful 'green' route.
The local train station has daily trains to the large cultural cities of Nantes (south) or Rennes (north)
If you hold a valid European driving license, and feel confident enough to drive in France, you can have use of Nikki's car, if it is not needed.
