Join us with the day-to-day running of our non-commercial farm
Join Our Friendly Family-Run Farm in Shuswap
Nestled in the picturesque Shuswap region, our family-run farm is a haven for horses, sheep, and chickens. We pride ourselves on the warm, welcoming atmosphere we provide and the stunning natural beauty that surrounds us.
Location
Our farm is ideally situated within walking distance of fantastic hiking and biking trails and just a 10-minute drive from the serene Shuswap Lake. The vibrant center of Salmon Arm, offering a plethora of amenities and attractions, is also conveniently located 10 minutes away.
Who We're Looking For
We seek one or two individuals with experience handling horses to join us and help around the farm. Your daily tasks will include:
• Mucking out stables
• Handling and feeding horses
• Filling haynets
• Keeping the barn clean and tidy
• Assisting with light housekeeping and cooking
Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities for riding.

Salmon Arm, located in the Shuswap region, is a picturesque area. We are just five minutes from the lake, and there are numerous hiking trails nearby. The area experiences distinct seasons, with warm and beautiful summers ideal for enjoying the lake and sometimes cold, snowy winters.
Salmon Arm attracts many tourists during the summer months (May to September), providing opportunities to attend concerts, rodeos, fairs, and other events.A little more information
