Description
we learn, laugh, meditate, love, sing, dance, cook, eat and of course work together. join us in this beautiful valley and mountain near Barao Sao Joao/Bensafrim, we are building an eco-village and learning environment for personal, cultural and spiritual growth, also permaculture gardens, animals not yet. We are committed for personal and spiritual growth/development.
We love cultural exchange and we love working together in good spirits.
We need support for the gardens, in building a new roof and in general maintenance.
We have a Morning Circle at 8 am to get together, share a moment and check how everyone is.
From 8.30 am we work over the morning until lunchtime around 13.30.
we love cooking together.
Afternoon is free time also Weekends are free for adventures.
If someone has a good reason to better help in the afternoon, or split up times, we can talk about, but its nicer to have the same rhythm all together.
We provide partly organic and always high quality veg. food and we cook fresh food every day.
Cooking and Eating together is much valued and fun here.
To sleep/stay we provide cabins, campers, and in summer also tents. Everyone gets a nice warm bed.
For Arrival we can do pick up in Lagos or even better in Bensafrim (as it is the next village from our place).
We have a community cars to share that is available for volunteers, its 35/40 cents per kilometer including gas.
Almost daily someone is driving to town or to some beach.
We have WIFI in our community space for everyone.
We have all kinds of basic tools for gardening and building.
your main host will be Vinzenz.
Be aware our place is hidden in nature, in calm hills between Bensafrim and Barao de Sao Joao.
its 3 Km to the villages.
Vinzenz is a surfer, meditation teacher and holds a Master in Peace and Conflict Studies (University of Innsbruck, Tirols), you can get a peaceful lift to the beach here and there;)Types of help and learning opportunities
