ABOUT US:
I (Eris) am a painter and visual arts teacher In an association where I do art therapy with people with different diagnosis, and currently my husband Ani (sociologist) my partner who’s the first ”firestarter” of the campsite, have created a crib of our concept for a campsite (as we love camping too) an eco camping next to my hometown Shkodra, in a village in Baks Rrjoll.
It has been a blast working this little camping near the sea and meet our guests from all around the world. This has the meaning of the name is a hidden place an escape. Its located in Baks-Rrjoll 100meter from the Adriatic sea and the lagoon, behind there are little hills for hikes. 5km walking you can see the only Sand Dunes of Albania “Rana e hedhun” and 25km you can be is the historical city of Shkodra also known as “the crib of culture”
This camping is the first eco camping in the North of Albania. The area is not very well known so doesn't have mass tourism, so we have the possibility to taste also the local products 0km like veggies and cheese or yogurt from the garden of the farmers around.
The campsite has a little garden all the facilities toilets showers kitchen, kitchenette for the guests, wooden houses, ground for tents and parking for little vans or little campers. Its more a community campsite because we accept maximum of 30 - 40 people not more. We also cook 2 meals that are optional with the seasonal products.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
We cover most of the tasks regarding heavy stuff and general maintanance especially building and recovering the stuff of the structure me and my husband Ani during April and May, but usually June July, August and September are the months were we appreciate help for the hosting of our guests, maintenance and cleaning on the campsite area/ facilities with Ani or basic maintaining, or help in the kitchen or simple cleaning routine duties that come during the day, or walking our dog Baksi, because also me (Eris) I am travelling back and forth in Tirana a few days because of my job but Ani is full time there. Help is mostly routine once you get logic it is very simple
Volunteers are not required to serve drinks to paying customers, its is self-service and the food is prepared by us with your help. Baksi is always very friendly and eagor to meet new people
By the way, since we mentioned at the beginning "please read our profile completely and carefully" we want to thank you for your respect for reading it down to here carefully and please send us your request with the code "Baksi" in the subject of your message so we can recognize you easily.Languages
