  • Description

    Description

Our community with members from different countries has come together on a picturesque property in the Algarve.

We are a non-profit association dedicated to the well-being of nature and rent out the space for holistic events.

The pristine beaches of Lagos and the natural beauties of our country, such as the stunning forest with very old trees, are only 5 km away.

Those who help us choose to live in a community where we not only work together, but also share, grow and, if desired, spend our free time together.

Holistic events take place almost every day, where we offer discounts and there are free community activities.
We offer disscount in events and weekly community activities.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We strive to facilitate personal growth in an authentic setting, encompassed by a beautiful natural surrounding, with the ultimate aim of fostering positive and restorative life experiences.

We are not teachers and therefore cannot teach anything about permaculture, but you will still learn, see and try a lot here. We work on a basis of trust, everyone gives their best, there is no requirement how the tasks should be done, only the result has to be right.

    Accommodation

Our land is surrounded by a natural scenery, and we provide tents that come equipped with bedding, including mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own tent, caravan or van for accommodation.

Our volunteers are treated with vegetarian/vegan meals daily, some of which feature fresh produce harvested from our very own garden. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are included. If you have food intolerance, we can address them.

Additionally, we have an outdoor natural pool, and we host events several times a week that offer our volunteers the opportunity to participate.

Situated on the southern coast of Portugal, Lagos is a charming city renowned for its mesmerizing beaches, characterized by azure waters, golden sands, and striking rock formations. Visitors can engage in an array of water sports, including surfing, diving, and kayaking, amidst this scenic coastal setting. The city is also home to an old town with historical sites.

All in all, Lagos and its neighboring areas provide the perfect blend of culture, history, natural beauty, and recreational activities.

Dogs are only allowed in the area where the vans and caravans are parked. Dogs are not allowed in the area where we eat, work and where events take place.
We are also an alcohol and drug free place.
