Description
At the moment we are looking for someone to live in and do general housework. Please message for full details.
The house is in a wonderful place called Connemara on the west coast of Ireland. The scenery is stunning and Connemara has a lot to offer someone interested in hillwalking, kayaking, walking, surfing, cycling, running and other such activities. It is also a great place to visit if you wish to heal and recover from hectic life in the city or just regular stress! People who visit Connemara often sell up and move here!
This workaway will suit a mature, independent individual who can take initiative and enjoys an outdoor life. Accomodation is a private bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet.Types of help and learning opportunities

Travellers would experience life in Connemara. Our local town and villages have great Irish music and not to far from here is the Gaeltacht where the people speak Irish (Gaelic).
Connemara is a beautiful place to explore nature. There is a regular (three times daily) bus service to the local town, Clifden as well as on to Galway and beyond.Help
General help around the house. We really need someone self-motivated, positive and full of energy to help us. In return we offer accommodation and a reduction in hours in lieu of food.

She really makes me feel at home and as a part of her family.
She was absolutely respectful about my privacy and my free time.
The boys are so kind and easy going.
I really don't have enough words to describe such a lovely experience.
The house had a great view. I had a room for me with a bathroom, I appreciated.
Cleggan Village is very small and very quiet. The family was very nice. With the boys we did some acitvities for Christmas. I also had a lot of time for me and to travel. Sarah also showed me nearby places. I really enjoyed my one… read more
