Help out at retreat experience in the hills outside of Valencia, Spain

  At the moment we have a spot available for a volunteer that can participate in the retreats and during this helps us out with some general stuff but mainly making reels and social media posts about it. Do you want to join our retreat for free and do you have some experience in content creation message me :) There is a private room available for the following retreat mid May, begin June and the retreats in September, October and November. Do you embrace a healthy lifestyle, love dogs, are you hands on and good with social media? Don´t hesitate to reach out to us and maybe we see you soon!
  
  I am Patrick, 40 years old and originally from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 after a successful career in the start up e-commerce scene in Amsterdam I changed the business life for running a B&B in the hills of Valencia with my dog 🐶 Guus.
  
  The year before I moved to Valencia I started my weight loss journey in the Dutch forest and was able to loose 42,5 kg and start a more healthy life style. At the end of my sabbatical I did a retreat in Koh Samui which inspired me to organise retraites myself at the Villa. The plot is pretty big so excellent for retreats. There are 5 bedrooms available + 2 guestrooms for staff, there is a big garden, a swimming pool, a terrace for yoga with a view on the hills where the sun rise can be watched, bbq, big dinner table etc. I am a good cook and used to cook for groups as well. I want to start the retraite days with a beautiful hike. Guus and me already explored some lovely hike trails in the area. Training and yoga sessions should also be a daily thing :)
  
  Looking to connect with people with a background in personal training or yoga and/or meditation for classes during the retrait + looking for someone as a business partner in this project + someone who loves to participate in this and do the social media. Experience with building retraites is of course a big plus. Hands on mentality is important. We host retraits for small groups (max 7 people).

  I worked with a lot of nationalities and lead international teams. In the B&B we receive guests from around the world and that is also the focus with the retraites.
