We are a group of young people who are currently setting up a small fitness club where people of all age groups in the city can practice many forms of sport such boxercise, learn Martial arts and Yoga with the main focus on improving fitness rather than contact sport.
We are looking for volunteers who can share your skills ( yoga, dancing and boxercise....),helping young locals to achieve their goal in staying fit and stay healthy
Helping local in language practice to facilitate mutual communication while trainings
Learning Vietnamese martial art if you would love to
The fee to join a proper fitness center in our city is really high which prevent many people from involving with fitness activities. And that is why we hope workawayer could come and help us so everyone could access essential fitness activities with a minimum cost just to run the club and i believe having some forein friends would be really fun and even motivate us to train harder and more frequent
Helping with Tourists
Being a member of our club, volunteers could have a chance to learn Vietnamese martial art, make friends with local people and foreigners living in the city. The cultural activities such as having meals together, singging karaoke or outdoor activities would really help you learn more about Vietnamese culture as well as knowledge and stories from other volunteers from different parts of the world
Having a lot of free time to explore the city because you can borrow bikes and bycicles from us
Having access to trainning equipments so you can do your own trainning 24/7
The local team will be the main coach at our club. We delivery all the boxing lessons and kick boxing lessons. We are looking for volunteers who can assist us while trainning . Volunteers can play a role of an assistant in helping out at punching out the bags and the pads. Helping students in warming up, stretching and relaxing techniques.
We dont promote contact sport because our main goal is to use principle of boxing trainning to improve fitness. You would be assured that there will be no fight in the ring like other kick boxing clubs. In case there was a member of the club get injuries while trainning, we would take him/ her straight to the Viet tiep hospital which is only 2 km a way from us.
Volunteer will teach at our place and we also live here as well. they would be scheduled to work with us for 2 lessons a day ( 1 hour/ a lesson) in the morning and later afternoon, for 5 days a week.
Yoga instructor position
Volunteers are expected to teach yoga at least 3 times a week for members of the community. It is a perfect place for yoga instructors who don’t have a real teaching experience to put what you are trained into real teaching class. We are quite beginner with yoga but motivated to learn because of the mental and health benefits it could offer. Yoga practice is a very relaxing form of exercise and it is a great way to learn about meaningful messages as kindness, gratefulness and love yourself
We prefer hot yoga and Jin yoga but extremely open to other types
Give exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
Motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities such as warm up, streetching and endurance exercises
Having some english lessons to help students having a basic communication skills for better understanding
Volunteers will live in a shared Ac room with local. The accommodation is on main street where you can reach train stations, airport in just 20 minutes by motorbikes.

Volunteers have 2 days off to travel to some famous places in our the North of Vietnam such as Cat Ba island, Ha Long bay and Sapa
