Welcome to my profile!
My name is Alisha and I´m currently living in Lüneburg, a small city close to Hamburg (Germany), where I am about to finish my Bachelor studies of Environmental Science as a major and Digital Media/Cultural informatics as a minor subject.
Now I am eager to go out into the world again and get new and more practical learning opportunities and find ways to connect my different interests and passions and all the theories I have learned through that.
I am looking to get to know new people to exchange ideas and knowledge, co-create and find inspiration on alternative ways of living.
After I finished school I traveled to South-East Asia and had the luck to already gain a workaway experience on a selfsufficient farm and I really love the approach of Workaway and would love to gain new experiences through this platform!
I am a very quick learner and always open to new tasks and ideas, and don’t need much to live a happy life!

• CREATIVE, experienced with creating and participating in art projects (last project was the spatial installation "Digital Overload"), generally artistic expression is very important to me and I love to work with different media and tools
• CHILD CARE, did an internship in a kindergarten and I babysitted 2 children (2 & 5 yrs)
• ANIMAL CARE, especially dogs and horses (I grew up with dogs and did horseriding for 14 yrs)
• GOOD WITH PEOPLE, experienced in working in gastronomy and I grew up in a big family with a lot of siblings :D
• FARMING & BUILDING worked on a farm for 1 month and gained some gardening and building skills (wood)
• WRITING, brings me a lot of joy whether it’s essays, academic writing, or poems, songs and other creative forms - I have participated in several creative writing workshops
• MUSIC, I enjoy making music and have knowledge in producing music/sound with Ableton, also I am currently learning to play Saxophone and would love to exchange knowledge with other saxophonists

All in all, I’m very diligent and a quick learner, so I will always find a way to make myself valuable!
