I am motivated to create a positive impact and give back to the Earth as much as I can. I believe in the power of gratitude and l am driven by the positive energy I receive from nature. I love being creative and active. I draw inspiration from traveling and learning from different cultures. I love adventures, and I balance them with peace and tranquility. I am striving to be a better person and always learning new things. l am studying transformational leadership degree in Spain and l aspire to build an initiative that will create social impact. One of my main interests is regenerative agriculture. I also love to connect with people from all over the world.

I am in my 3rd year of studying my Bachelor in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation for Social Impact in Esade Business School in Barcelona. My expertise combines extensive skills in research as well as marketing. I have experience in social media content creation and building marketing strategies. I have also worked on a number of sustainability projects as part of my degree engaging with different teams. I have developed strong team-working capabilities, as well as executed detail-oriented analysis, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and leadership skills. I am creative and I have a good sense of aesthetics. I am also good at public speaking and learning new languages. I can speak Russian, English, French, Spanish and Kazakh. I am very social and flexible. Having traveled extensively I am highly adaptable to new environments, whether in urban or rural settings, and I quickly learn and integrate into local customs. I have a natural ability to connect with people from various backgrounds and I have developed empathy skills by conducting research on refugees and different social problems. I am a fast learner and I am eager to soak up as much information as possible and apply it to practice.

I love painting and cooking. I am a president in a student association related to Gourmet cuisines. I also love baking and have done a couple of baking workshops. I love spending time in nature and doing activities outdoors like hiking. I love taking pictures and videos and create aesthetic edits. I love learning about new cultures, especially indigenous communities in the remote locations. I love listening to podcasts on science and nutrition, as well as psychology. I have been practicing yoga for the last 2 years and I enjoy meditating. I have been to a couple spiritual retreats and I am fascinated by different religions and shamanism.
