Cultural Project and Event Management: I have experience planning, managing, and coordinating cultural events, including fairs, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, and theater productions. I have led the production of multiple theater plays, some of which have been recognized and supported by grants from the Ministry of Culture of Peru.
Administration and Organization: I have strong skills in general administration, handling financial, time, and human resources. My experience includes data management and coordination with various stakeholders, such as the press and sponsors.
Communication and Leadership Skills:
My experience as co-founder and manager of “Teatro del Tercer Piso” and my role at the “Alianza Francesa de Arequipa” have refined my communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Creativity and Innovation: I am able to innovate and develop new ideas, especially in the artistic field. I have directed and produced short films and facilitated rhythm and performing arts workshops.
Marketing and Client Relations: I have experience in marketing and image management as well as in sales, building strong relationships with producers, cultural centers, and individual clients.
Teaching and Caregiving Skills: With experience as a theater and dance teacher for children of different ages, as well as a babysitter, I have skills in entertainment, teaching, childcare, and ensuring safety at home.
