Every time I'm travelling, it kind of brings me back to life !

I'm 33, run my own business as a jewelry maker, and trying to lead a more nomad and less work-centered life (why not even finding a new place to live in!)

I've been living in Chamonix, France for the past 10 years for my love for snowboarding and nature.
I'm aiming to dedicate more time in traveling in warmer places and in different activities : diving, sailing, jungle hiking, coconut drinking... and mostly opening to new people / places / opportunities which would include discovering / learning / helping / connecting / inspiring .. I'm mainly a self-taught person, so able to do anything that I could be interested in. I'm also very into art and design : I love drawing / creating , to resume making things with my two hands in a creative way!

Extra info :
I love nature and quiet places. I love music, movies, blue warm water, coconut trees. I love art, sunsets, the beauty in everything. Boat life would be a must, as I could experiment it and loved it!
I'm kind of happy and experienced to make things with my two hands (whether it's art or house building and renovation)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE :
I've always loved traveling ! from my first family trips to my own solo adventures, I love challenging myself out of my confort zone (but still looking for some comfort drinking some fresh coconut!), and mostly discovering in all its aspects : landscapes, cultures, langages, food, ...
The most challenging was my one-year trip around AUSTRALIAN territory, mainly on its east-coast ( working), then NEW-ZEALAND ( snowboarding / heli-skiing), then FIJI Islands.
I could also solo-travelling here and there, often with some sport objectives beside cultural visits (diving, surfing, kite-surfing, yoga programs, ...) : Jordania – Marocco – Zanzibar – Sri-Lanka – Philippines – Indonesia – Malaysia ..

And other sides of the planet with friends/boyfriend/family, mostly wwoofing or van-tripping when not booking hotels : Costa Rica – Saõ-Tomé – Gabon – China – Italia – Sardinia – Corsica – Portugal – Spain – Greece (sailing boat!) – Czechia – Netherlands – Great-Britain – Austria – Switzerland – and of course France.

And yet I still feel I haven't discovered enough !


OTHER VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE :
Wwoofing in Australia (farming), Portugal (gardening/housekeeping), Sardinia (animal farming)
Have been kind of wwoofing for the past 2 years too, helping a family in all daily tasks and house-keeping, in Chamonix, France.
Would love to have the opportunity to diversify (ex : sailboat life, coral planting, art developping, animal saving... )

2012 – 2013 : Australia one-year break, mainly farm jobs (5 months of potatoes peeling in warehouse / 1 month of fruit picking)
before 2012 : odd jobs as offices/house cleaner, baby-sitter, ... - France

EDUCATION :
- Bac 5 : Master in Marketing, in specialized business school, Toulouse (France) – alternating work experience in slide sports industry : shop management, event organisation, social media and webdevelopment
- Bac 3 : Licence in Marketing – 6 months internship in logistic department at Volcom's headquarter, Biarritz (France)
- Bac 2 : Licence in Accounting and Administrative management
- Bac : Scientific, maths specialization
