Hi there!
My name’s Nikolai and I’m from Russia. I am 46 years old and a friendly, flexible and a very hardworking person who enjoys hands on work and environmental friendly living.
I am passionate about organic farming and permaculture because it gives me a sense of living in balance with the world around me.
I have some exposure to construction work such as basic carpentry, masonry, and natural building. I always look forward to improving my skills while hosting experienced instructors and sharing my passion for sustainable living.
I am open-minded, ready to accept new tasks, and willing to assist with general labor, farming, and whatever else is required. I do enjoy meeting new friends from around the world and different cultures which makes this collaboration very interesting for me!
I hope to be in contact with hosts and promise to give a great deal of skill and energy to the work related to great projects!

- Plumbing
Pipe, shut-off valve, water filter, faucet and sink installations. Maintance of heating systems with heat accumulators.
- Electrical Work
Installation of sockets, switches, lamps, washing machines, dishwashers, and water heaters.
- Construction and Carpentry
Building of walls, door installation, plastering and painting.
Creating wooden items such as shelves, benches, and fences.
- Gardening and Tool Maintenance
Lawn mowing, tree transplanting, and maintenance of garden tools (greasing, sharpening, oiling, spark plug changing).
- Interests
Natural and cob building & sustainable living.
Practicing in constructing rocket stoves mass heaters.
Permaculture and organic farming.
Outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and walking.
Animal rearing and organic food production.

I'm happy to offer help in a variety of ways because I'm willing to adapt. I'm especially motivated by sustainability efforts and am indeed very interested in constructing an energy-efficient house.
