Descripción
My name is Raquel and my husband Luke and I are high school sweethearts. We have 2 children, Ozzy who is three years old and Lola who is 7 months old. We also have a small siberinian husky named Sloane.
Luke and I love to spend time together as a family. The kids keep us very busy. We try to get the kids out of the house and often attend kid friendly events. We love to sing and dance with the kids and read book.
We are big music lovers and enjoy listening to our record player.
Luke and I enjoy hiking and getting exercise when we can. We also enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine and watching a movie.
I am currently on maternity leave until the summer where I will return to doing hair. My husband Luke works in healthcare at the hospital.

Traveller would benefit from this experience by learning our culture and language. A chance to live in a beautiful place in Canada, surrounded by mountains and rivers. A home that overlooks the mountains. They would have an opportunity to work with kids and with that comes a lot of love and happiness. Also learning what its like to care for children and be apart of a family. Be apart of coming up with creative play for children and join us in fun daily activities. Also, spend time with a sweet husky who loves walks and hikes if you are an animal lover. Kamloops has a lot to offer with winter sports, hiking and river activities.

Ayuda
Help with the kids would be greatly appreciated. I am often at home alone with the two children as Luke is often at the hospital working. Sometimes it is hard to get out or get things done with two. An extra hand would go a long way in simple day to day activities. Helping tidy up with home chores would also go a long way.
We would definitely need babysitting help more than anything. Luke has an unpredictable schedule at times and I will be back to work soon.

We will be living in a new build townhouse. The home is stunning and overlooks the Kamloops mountains. You will have your own big room and a full beautiful bathroom in the lower level with a walk out door on that level. You will have the freedom to come and go of course and explore on your own.
Luke and I are very very clean people. We always tidy up as we go and do not live in a mess.
We appreciate someone who is alike and will pick up after them selves.
Our home is a healthy and happy home surrounded by a lot of love and laughs.
For food/meals-
Our family always eats dinner together.
We tend to eat a lot of vegetarian and chicken dishes. We barbecue a lot in the warmer months.
Travellers can feel free to grab themselves a snack or make a meal for themselves.
If they wish to join in on meals they are welcome.
They are free to make themselves coffee and breakfast in the morning and to help themselves.

Luke and I will have cars and can help out with drop offs here and there.
If we are all going out together of course the traveller would always be welcome to come in our car. City bus will be available and taxi otherwise. We would appreciate help with the kids and cleaning in the travellers spare time.
If my husband and I have to fly back home we would appreciate someone who will stay out the home with our dog and feed the dog/take her for a walk here and there.
