  We are Claus and Margriet 64 and 65 yo. We live with our dogs and 8 horses in Lot et Garonne SW France. We need help maintaining the 12 ha property; it is mainly taking care and training of the horses and gardening, so definitely some physical work. You will stay in one of the big bedrooms/apartment with bathroom and toilet. It is not a paid position. We provide accommodation and food and will help you to feel at home, meet people and see something of the region.

  I, Claus, am an experienced property developer of 64 years old and love to train and ride our horses. My wife, Margriet, is an experienced horse trainer and previously a building engineer. Together we take care of our horses, daily farmwork and maintainance of the property. We have an assistant who works at our farm on Saturdays

  We need help in maintenance taking care of the horses and dogs.
  
  There is no helping required in any space used by paying guests because that is the part that's taking care of by others. You will stay in one of the big bedrooms/apartment in our main house with bathroom and toilet. It is not a paid position.
  
  We provide accommodation and food and will make you feel a home, laugh a lot and having a nice meaningful time

  We have a swimming pool on the property with all necessary facilities. Workawayers can also use the pool. (in summer)

  In the time off there are many possibilities in the near surroundings (summer period). In wintertime it is mostly quiet but still nice areas like the daily markets and little ancient towns to go to. A drivers license is strongly recommended if you are house sitting rather than staying with us. You can use our car if necessary.
