I am an Australian who has been living in Montreal, Canada for the last 5 years working at a well established non-profit organization working to improve standards of care globally for people with inherited bleeding disorders. This community is something I have been very passionate about and has given me some very special experiences during my time with the organization.

I am a very easy going and happy person who finds joy in the small things in life. In the last years I have started triathlon training so enjoy being out and about exploring by foot or by bike and generally staying active!

I have also had the privilege of travelling a lot and some of my favorite memories have been seeing natural wonders and meeting great people!

I am really excited for this next adventure in Europe! One of my life goals has been to master the French language so before settling in London, I am dedicating a few months to immersing myself in French culture and putting myself out there to build my confidence speaking French daily. I really hope opportunities with Workaway will help me on this journey.

I have been learning French for a number of years and am at the intermediate/advanced level. I feel I am lacking exposure in an immersive context and really want to build my confidence speaking the language to bridge the gap from intermediate to fluent!

I am a fast learner and very open minded so would generally be happy to contribute in any way I can depending on the hosts needs.

I am quite savvy with computers and enjoy some design projects.

I am also in good physical shape so tasks involving working with my hands and being on my feet is also welcome.

Professionally, my roles have largely been related to project management so I am very organized and systematic in how I work.

I love animals and being in nature so if my skills can be put to use in these areas I would also be very happy!

Most importantly, I love meeting new people and feel I am very easy to get along with so I work very well in a team!
