Always eager to embark on a new adventure. Ever since I was a young girl I would read encyclopedias about far away places and I wanted to visit them. Over the years I have adventured, hiked and traveled to learn more about other cultures. I'm from the state of Arizona in the United States and have visited all 50 states and many other country's. I have traveled with friends, but mostly I like to go alone this makes you interact with the people you meet on your journey. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie and if there is something new to try I will be the first in line to try. I had a three month trip planed for 2020. but with the virus that trip was cancelled. I visited several So American country's during the virus always to use precautions and common sense when traveling. I have been vaccinated also the 6 month booster and still use precautions when I travel.

I am a bit of everything. Coming from a large farm family I learned very early to be a self dependent person. I'm an adventurer, adrenaline junkie, story teller, love to learn, avid reader, always eager to embark on a new adventure. My University studies were in Business and I worked for many companies from the Mom and Pop small business to major world companies. I learned to speak before large groups and continued my education to update skills needed in the business world. Over the years I have traveled to learn more of our great planet. I have been a farm girl, lived in large cities, a mother, school helper, and many volunteer jobs along the way. I get along very well with young people. I can lay tile, paint a wall or repair a chair. Yes, I really do know how to change a flat tire on a vehicle. I'm an analytic thinker if I have a task I will figure it out. I adapt to take on any challenge. Although I'm older I'm still very active I ride both mountain and road bikes, speed skate, and love to hike my tallest peak is 16,000+.

Kate has stayed with us for two weeks in October 2023. She is an interesting person with a couple of jawdropping stories from her past trips. We just loved her sense of humor and in addition to that she enjoyed teaching our children english language and spending time with them. Thank you Kasia for staying with us.
