My name is Trevor!

I've been doing workaway for about 5 years now. (although not so much during the pandemic) I've been lucky enough to travel some of this great planet already, but I would love for you to show me the world you live in.

I'm a writer/content creator from Minnesota and I move around a fair amount since I make my living from my phone/computer. I try to find time for writing and filming a bit during the week, but when I'm traveling it's not a major priority because I prefer to try staying off my phone and being present as much as I can. Although I do love creating with people if that is something you would be interested in!

I usually like longer visits when I'm traveling because 1. then I feel as though I had plenty of opportunity to help out 2. I'm usually not someone who needs to rush off to the next place (I like slow living) 3. I like trying to feel like a local as much as I can. I don't need to see every single sight but instead, just talk with people, find local spots that I enjoy and honestly just fit in for a bit.

I'm heavily experienced in working with people of all different backgrounds and ages (that includes young children.) With that said I also do well independently if need be.

I have basic skills with yard work ( splitting wood, mowing grass, etc) as well as housework ( painting, cooking) however I usually try to ask several questions when doing a task somewhere new to make sure it's being done the way it's intended.

I'm a quick learner, a hard worker with experience working in the food industry, retail, manual labor, minor farm work, and a school setting.

I appreciate those with a thirst for adventure as well as those with a more relaxed nature. So no matter who you are I feel like we will get along just fine:) I love to play music, I'm very fond of doodling, swapping stories, taking the occasional photo and I am very interested in learning what anyone is willing to teach.
