hey!
My name is Antonia (or just Toni), I am 27 years old and I just finished my Master's degree in "interculutral human resource develepment and communications management" in my lovely small town called Jena (Germany). So far nothing too exciting.
A few a bit more unique facts about me: I can speak basic Japanese and spent almost a year traveling through Japan when I was 18 and I did wheel gymnastics (a sport few of you have probably ever heard of) for almost 15 years. I spent one semester abroad at Mount Allison University in Sackville, Canada as well as another semester abroad in Lyon, France. Some other favorite adventures of mine were hiking across the Alps from Germany through Austria to Italy a few years ago and my last workaway stay in Andalusia, Spain at the sunny costa del sol.
I have already worked as a WWOOFer (in Japan) and at some workaway places in Quebec and in Andalusia and I really enjoyed every single experience I had there, so once more I want to meet some new people and get to know new places through this amazing opportunity. I love the combination of having something to do / to work on while also getting to know a place not from a hotel window, but from the people actually living there.
Other than traveling I enjoy reading and learning languages a lot, I like to stay fit and try out new sports. Of course I love music, from Punk Rock to Jazz, I pretty much can enjoy anything (except for German Schlager which are just awful), and I am a little bit addicted to podcasts.

More details about my language interests
I love learning new languages, at the moment I mostly want to improve my french, but I am also always curious to learn some new basics in any new language. Through my other experiences abroad and a lot of reading and Netflix, English is usually like second nature to me and I enjoy exchanging thoughts and rambling in it a lot.

As I said, I have worked as a WWOOFer and on workaway before, so I worked on farms, house DIYs, in a café kitchen, at a riding club and at an english school before, so I am not a pro at any of this but I know some basics and I am a fast learner! :D
Studying psychology and philosophy doesn't exactly give you a broad set of practical skills, but I love plants and have my own little garden I try to take care of as best as I can. And since I am vegetarian (trying to be mostly vegan, but I just love cheese way too much) I also enjoy learning new recipes and cook a lot for myself.
