Description
We like to spend our time connected to nature. We prefer rural mountainous settings with a local food system and slow way of life, and freshly fallen snow!
We eat a whole foods diet, mostly vegetarian but with local meat a couple days a week.

Steve is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in machine design. With lifelong carpentry skills, a general problem solving nature and interest in fixing things, from computers to building structures, he would like to be a valuable asset to any workaway host.
Astrid is a teacher with years of experience with all ages: from kindergarten to university. With a formation in Waldorf, and two masters degrees in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, Astrid has a propensity for working with children and adults both in and out of the classroom.
More importantly, the main skill we possess is a hard working mentality with focus on quality through workmanship.
