Hello!! I'm a 22 year old from New Zealand, currently travelling around Europe looking for some adventure, after studying and working back home in New Zealand. I've chosen to come on Workaway as I'm hoping to make new connections and memories with people from around the globe.
I'm passionate about science and the environment, having done my Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology (with a minor in French). I love music, art, and travelling. I'm definitely a people-person, and I also really enjoy being in nature - I grew up in the countryside in Auckland, so have experience with all different types of animals. I also love to keep active, playing field hockey and social football, as well as being a keen skier and hiker.
After university I worked in a lab environment - I absolutely loved it however I left to come and travel. During university I gained experience working part-time in hospitality and retail roles. I've also done some babysitting so I'm comfortable around children and love to do arts and crafts with them. Lastly, I've had some roles in orchards and in landscaping, taking care of plants and picking fruit.
