Hi! We are Sinead and Roisin, from Ireland.
We are travelling to Romania near Constanta from the middle of July for 3 weeks. If any other workawayers are travelling here also we would love to meet up!
Sinead is also travelling to Slovenia for a week around the start to middle of August if anyone would like to meet up!
SINEAD
I have a lot of experience working in many different areas, hospitality, (bars, cafe, restaurant), childcare (Au Pair) animal care (horse yard). I have worked abroad in Germany for a few months as an au pair and have a basic understanding of the language. I worked in Mallorca last summer and would love to learn Spanish. I have an interest in swimming and I teach private swimming lessons, therefore I would love to be near the sea/lake! I am currently studying in college Geography and English and plan to be a teacher! Through Geography I have learned about the unsustainable practices of the world, animal cruelty and the unfair treatment of nature. I hope to learn more about protecting animals and nature and contribute to the Earth in a meaningful way. I would be interested in learning about vegan/vegetarian, gardening and growing food, reducing consumption and taking care of nature and animals sustainably. I am interested in anything from sustainability, to farming, to animal care, to working with the public. I am excited for a new adventure and to meet many new people!
ROISIN
Im an adventerous and open minded person with a genuine curiosity about the world, I am eager to explore new places and learn about new cultures and contribute to volunteering. Working in healthcare has helped me to develop strong communication which makes it easier for me to connect with people from all backgrounds. I have worked in a cafe where I organised many events and promoted the organic gardens next door. I loved this job and would definitely be interested in trying something similar to learn more about it. I have a passion for travel and love to be outdoors in nature, with animals especially. I would love to work in any place abroad to learn more about different culture and ways of life
