We are a married couple from Germany with a passion for hospitality, creativity, and making spaces feel beautiful and welcoming.

We love to bring warmth and care into the places we stay — whether by decorating, organizing, gardening, or supporting with guests.

We’re looking to support a guesthouse or retreat space in Greece, Spain, Portugal, or Asia for a few weeks or months.

Sandra:
In the past two years, I have worked in guesthouses in Cambodia, Portugal and Cape Ferret, France. My tasks included preparing rooms, welcoming guests, painting, doing small repairs, and getting the house ready for the season. I love making places beautiful, calm, and inviting – with attention to detail and a warm heart.

Caring for people comes naturally to me. I enjoy making sure guests have everything they need, and I bring presence, clarity, and reliability to any situation.

With over 25 years of experience as traveling as a photographer, I also have a aesthetic sense and can help capture the unique spirit of a place, supporting its visibility and charm through authentic images.

I’m happy to take care of your space and support wherever needed, hands-on, creative, and with a deep love for hospitality and harmony.

Constantin:
I already worked in a community in Portugal, taking care of a house, helping with the gardening, service at a cafe and welcoming guests.

During my many years as an independent youth coach, I also organized my own youth camps and was responsible for the entire organization and implementation.

I'm happy to help you with your space with practical work around the house and organization for guests. I love communicating with people and making sure they have a really good time.
