Hi, I'm Sam, I'm 25 years old and from the UK. I'm easygoing, friendly and I love being in nature as well as in cities. Meeting new people gives me so much energy and is my favourite part of travelling. I'm hoping to practice my Spanish, practice my surfing and hopefully see some live music and make some fun memories.
I just completed a Masters degree in global biodiversity conservation at Sussex uni. I would love to learn more about how conservation, permaculture and sustainable community living connect with eachother. Having travelled in South America, I would love to learn more about how these function in Europe :)
I am also interested in workaways that allow me to integrate into local life, and allow me to feel like part of the community. I'm learning guitar (I know a couple of songs now), and also learning spoon carving and surfing!

I have always loved languages, and my Spanish is pretty good now, so I would love the opportunity to keep improving my Spanish / teach people English or a mixture of the two! I also have limited knowledge of french and german but very basic!

I’m great at talking to people and making conversation. I’m fluent in English and my Spanish is pretty good (currently practising in Argentina). I’m pragmatic and good at solving problems. I am also fairly artistic if needed. I’m physically fit and enjoy sports or anything outdoors, and I have a good knowledge of nature conservation.
I have experience in social media communications and I'm good at editing photos, plus I have experience editing videos too. I love gardening and spend a lot of time doing it at home. I also have experience providing nature tours, as well as handling birds for ringing projects.
