Hi, we are Alysia (29 years old) and Didier (28 years old), two French backpackers who want to discover the amazing world around us. We quit our jobs in France to travel a bit, discover new cultures, new people, a new lifestyle ! 🤩 Enjoy life because it has so much to give 😁
We would like to live a lot of atypical experiences and get out of our comfort zone !
We love being outside and stand most of our free time in the mountains (the French Alpes), to do our favorite sports, hiking/skiing/climbing/overnight hikes.... We will be very happy to help you with your daily tasks, children care or animals care if you have some, construction projects..... two years ago, we bought an apartment. We did the work ourselves, ever since we have knowledges in house renovation. We built the inside of our van in New-Zealand last year as well. We want to improve our English as much as we can before going back home and will be happy to share our language if you are interested in it.
Let's talk about us now, who are we?
I (Didier) am an electronics engineer, I grew up in a ranch and I'm used to animals, I have knowledge in barn constructions, electricity, welding, animal care, mechanic, cooking..... I also have 7 Nephews, I know how to have fun and deal with these little monsters :)
I (Alysia) am a kitchen designer, I always laugh and make people smile. I loved my job, helping others with their projects is important to me, it's something I want to do during that trip. I like to do manual work, I'm a fast learner and I'm not afraid to do difficult work (renovation, gardening, farm help....).
I like to cook as well and I have a secret recipe to do the best crepes :).
Update:
I’m following a personal development training to improve myself day after day. That’s why I want to spend time without Didier this time 🙂.
