Hi, my name is Colin Rambo (yes, like the movie 🙂). I’m 20 years old from Oklahoma, USA, and currently studying at the University of Oklahoma. This past summer, I had an amazing study abroad experience, met great people, and learned a lot. Now, I want to continue the adventure!

I’m excited to join Workaway because I see it as a more holistic way of traveling — not just visiting a place, but connecting with people, learning their way of life, and contributing in return.

I especially enjoy hands-on work. In today’s world so much feels disconnected, so I value the chance to work physically — whether gardening, helping with maintenance, or other practical tasks. It feels more human, more authentic, and I’m genuinely excited to contribute in that way.

I’m adaptable, reliable, and happy to help wherever I’m needed. I’m eager to learn new skills, work hard, and bring a positive, respectful attitude to your home or project.

I’m a native English speaker and would be happy to help others practice English in a patient and conversational way. I also have some basic knowledge of French and Spanish, so while I’m not fluent, I’d enjoy sharing what I know and practicing together. Also, I’m very interested in improving my French and Spanish, and I’d also love to pick up some Portuguese while in Portugal.
