Description
I am a 24 year old guy excited to see all that New Zealand has to offer. I enjoy being outside, hiking, biking, playing sports, and meeting new people. I have some experience travelling but never with work exchanges, I'm excited for the new experience. I want to see as much of the country as I can.
For work, I enjoy doing stuff with my hands and ideally outside but am pretty flexible.

More details about your skills
I graduated from University of Miami in may of 2024 with a degree in Political Science and Criminology. During university I volunteered at a couple local schools with the young students assisting in the classroom with activities. Since graduation I have been working in Wyoming, Montana, and Alaska on a couple ranches. Leading horse packing trips, trail rides, and a bit of horse training. These jobs also included general ranch maintenance.
In the past few months I have taken a couple automotive mechanic classes at the local trade school, learning engine repair. These classes included the basic oil changes and inspections, but also removing engines from the vehicle, taking apart and reconstructing an engine, and basic diagnosis of engine issues.

What else ...
I studied abroad in Spain in 2023 and completed the Camino de Santiago that year. I enjoy meeting new people and have friends from all over the world, very few in Oceania but eager to get some new ones.
