We are newly retired adventurers who want to explore the world through long stays in various countries. We both have agricultural upbringings so are interested in trying different foods and seeing how they grow and even harvesting them from where ever we travel! Heather and Philip have helped at an Organic farm and Philip has done some volunteer work at the UK National Trust.

Heather was raised on a dairy farm with large vegetable gardens & chickens. Philip was raised on a beef farm and builds stone paths/walls. Heather worked in both the wine and beer making as a microbiologist. Philip worked as a computer manager. In retirement Philip volunteers at historic Fort Henry and at the 1000 Island Playhouse Theatre. Heather grows most of her own vegetables and herbs and enjoys cooking and canning. Philip loves to bake.
